30x30, 3/4 inch wool saddle pad, galaxy pattern on top. Hot Headstalls is the company, they no longer carry this pattern but they still sell the pads for $200. This one has been used lightly only a few times.

I also have matching galaxy print nylon one ear headstall, tie down, breastcollar, haulter, curb strap, bell boots, and tendon support sport boots that I would sell all together for the right price if interested.
