Listing for relative, old dairy barn with about 25 stalls, timber beam frame and red weathered exterior. Raised seam steel roof in good shape with no leaks. Field Stone and some granite foundation stones mixed in. Foundation is not in great shape but the main structure is good except for about 20ft approx. of sill beam near barn hill that is deteriorating. Attached milk house and barn cleaner lean-to as shown in photos. Also have smaller wood shed near it that roof is deteriorated in some spots but still usable lumber on it. Barn is approx. 40 x 75ft.

Can leave foundation in place if not interested and also any scrap can be left on separate piles. Silo can be left also if you do not want it. Can work with you on that.
