This is a mismatch pair of tires.
The one on the left is a Kenda and has great tread and no weathering detected. The one on the right is a Carlisle. It does have some weathering.

They are the same size: 16 x 6.50 - 8.
They are both mounted on rims with 1" diameter shaft holes.
