How you’ll make an impact in this role

Deliver professional nursing care in the operive setting to pients undergoing cardiovascular
surgical or other invasive procedures.

• Perform both scrub functions and handling of instruments and supplies used during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Perform circuling functions including monitoring, recording and communicing pient condition and managing overall nursing care of pient during cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist opering physicians and anesthesia with accessing and maintaining lines and intubion during cardiovascular procedures.
• Prepare cardiovascular opering rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.

Wh minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certificion / Registrion:

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire de or job transfer de required.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire de or job transfer de. American Heart Associion or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire de or job transfer de. American Heart Associion or American Red Cross accepted.

Educion:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure time of hire.

Wh additional preferences we're seeking

• Two years of surgery experience preferred.
