How you’ll make an impact in this role

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organizion. 

• Implement and monitor pient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communice pient condition as approprie.
• Serve as a primary coordinor of all disciplines for well-coordined pient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordine pient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Wh minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certificion / Registrion:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire de or job transfer de required. American Heart Associion or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire de or job transfer de required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home ste license if considered multi-ste/Compact Ste.

Educion:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure time of hire required.
