Right Choice Homecare LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support adults with dementia, developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and other specialized care needs in a home-like setting.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
• Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing assistance
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Monitor and document resident behaviors and daily activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Accompany residents to appointments and community activities
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, CBRF, AFH, home care, or healthcare experience preferred
• Passion for working with individuals with dementia and special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
• CNA, DSP Training, CBRF Certifications
• First Aid & CPR
• Medication Administration Training
• Dementia Care Training
