Im looking for a 2-4 bedroom house for rent. I have a 3 and a half year old tracheostomy dependant son that will be with me half the time. Hes pretty active, and loves his battery operated dirt bike, so something with a noce yard for him to race around would be amazing! My mother will also be living with me because her husband passed a few months ago, and im not really comfortable with her being alone as she hasn't been on her own in 25 years, and she has some medical problems. I have no evictions on my record. Our combined income is around $6000/month. She has a cat. She has a permanent site at Huckleberry Acres Campground, so we'd like to get a place within a 15-20 minute drive to that. Thank you very much for any help, it is very much appreciated.
Would also be interested in a rent to own, or land contract type of situation as well.
