It is made from high-quality, 16-gauge anodized aluminum, a non-reactive surface that is safe for use with citrus-based foods and won't rust, peel, or flake.
The anodized aluminum material heats faster and cools quicker than traditional bakeware, which helps prevent over-baking and results in an even bake with no hot spots.
The pan features seamless, straight sides and a rolled rim for easy handling. The removable bottom design allows to simply push up to de-pan without having to flip it over.
While designed for cheesecakes, this pan is also suitable for upside-down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes, brownies, and other bar-type cookies. It is safe for use in pressure cookers, air fryers, and the freezer.
Hand washing is recommended to preserve the quality of the pan.
