Duties
Safely operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, skid loaders, and other construction machinery to perform tasks including feeding the crusher, stockpiling, and loading trucks.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Assist with crusher set up tasks.
Coordinate with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage and maintenance needs.
Experience
Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, skid loaders, and other machinery on active construction sites
Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment systems for troubleshooting and basic repairs
Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and project workflows
Ability to read technical manuals and operate equipment with precision in diverse environments
