What You’ll Do
As a Life Enrichment Director, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting residents’ well-being by creating engaging, purposeful experiences each day. You’ll help residents stay active, connected, and fulfilled. Duties include:
Planning and leading social, recreational, and wellness-based activities
Building warm, positive relationships with residents and encouraging participation
Assisting residents during programs to ensure comfort, safety, and enjoyment
Preparing supplies, setting up activity areas, and maintaining a welcoming environment
Supporting community events, special celebrations, and group outings
