Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 40 hrs/week
Duration: April 1 – April 14, 2026 (may extend based on weather)
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Berlin, WI 54923
Hiring General Laborers for a short-term project. This role involves outdoor work and general cleanup duties. We are looking for dependable workers who can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Pick up debris and maintain cleanliness around the landfill
Assist with loading/unloading materials
Perform basic manual labor tasks (lifting, moving materials, site cleanup)
Support team with additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Steel toe boots REQUIRED
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable and punctual
Work Environment:
Outdoor work (exposure to weather, dirt, noise, odors)
Physical labor required throughout the shift
