These were the select "savers" from a recent home renovation of a house built in 1852. These were not used in barn construction and have never seen the damaging elemental conditions that most reclaimed barn wood does. Most are true old-growth, & mostly knot free. The grain once planed is fine, dense and remarkably straight. Most have been dry for 175 years.
Some have mortices, tenions, even oak pegs and iron stained square nail holes. Make a fireplace mantle, a craftsman bookcase or a formidable farmhouse table.
Sizes: (4) 4x8, (4) 2x8, (4) 1x12, & (1)
8x8. Most 7 to 9 ft. Long.

It is likely that they were cut at the Wade House Saw Mill in Greenbush, WI.

Priced to move!!!
Wiling to sell in groups or as individual pieces if necessary. (e.g. the lone 8X8 beam for a mantle = $100)
