It's a Chroma Auto Harp built into a case.
The case top unhinges, and you play the harp in the case.
Interesting to have in a collection.
Made in Japan.
Comes with tuner tool.
The case has a scratch or two and a ding.
The harp has a, black scratch I'll call it, near one of the hinges. Circled in a picture.
The chord bars are reflective. Any weird-looking black lines are reflections from the ceiling tile edges.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
