Newer strings.
Looks good. Some wear spots. I circled the main ones. By that I mean, there might be other minor wear that you can see if you squint at it from one foot away while looking from different angles, but anything obvious not circled in the pictures are reflections or fingerprints or something.
The picture of the front with two spots circled has a couple little white spots near the bridge area not circled. Looks like those are reflections from the string ends.
The top does have two "indents" besides the one little circled edge ding and "white but actually brown speck," but the one is right there, close to the camera, and it doesn't show up in the picture. The guitar looks good, and you have to look from a certain angle with your face pretty close to see that stuff.
$225 firm.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
