This is a full-time (40 hours/week) Office Assistant in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a positive team player with excellent attention to detail. The right candidate will show initiative to learn and grow within the position. Submit resume for consideration.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system and direct to proper individual
• Greet visitors, customers, and vendors
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
• Customer Database Management
• Processing orders
• Maintain the general office filing system, both physically and electronically
• Accurately process customer payments
• Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and phone etiquette to support office efficiency
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail
• Maintain accurate procedures
• Other duties as assigned by Office Manager
