Our tenant are responsible for your own business insurance and internet (although there is shared internet for our lower level tenants at no cost).

A lower level office that is 131 SF at $250 per month or 179 SF at $265. Both includes internet and shared reception area.
A 2-office suite with large reception area on our main level is 504 SF at $1250 per month.
