We are seeking a Full-time Maintenance Technician to work as roaming maintenance in the Fond Du Lac area. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and solid technical knowledge.
Duties to Include:
– Maintenance of buildings & units
– Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate, work request
– Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
– Snow removal from walkways, snow plowing, brush trimming , spraying weeds and picking up grounds
Qualifications,
Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in basic plumbing, and basic electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools.
