Looking for a 4 bedroom house to rent or to buy on land contract or rent to own. We have dogs and cats that are very well behaved. We would need a house with at least one bedroom down stairs or a ranch style house. One of us is visually impaired and handy cap with a walker. She is waiting on a kidney transplant and we live in a second story apartment. It is very hard on her the stairs are taking their toll. We can afford about $900 to 1300 what with all the health care she needs. So please if you have a place or know of one we would be forever grateful.
