Aftermarket solid steps that sit on the ground for stability. Level Mate leveling system to allow you to level trailer using an app on your phone. New stability jacks in front, new electric power jack for front, cover for winter, TV, Sirius, new radio and outdoor speakers that has Bluetooth and multiple inputs and zones.

Air conditioning and heater work great. Power awning, hot water heater, refrigerator and freezer all work as they should. Slide out with couch that converts to a bed, 2 short queens where the tents are, and a queen where the kitchenette is. Sleeps 8 or more if not all adults. Have additional items for camping that can be negotiated in the deal. Camper is winterized. No fading or delaminated walls. Comes with stabilizer hitch.
