Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
Enter data for incoming inventory and create inventory receipts/pick ticket reports.
Daily accounts payable entry, converting PO to vouchers.
Daily accounts receivable entry, including direct shipments.
Code and enter freight vouchers.
Daily drive to post office for mail pickup.
Proofread sales orders and quality assurance on assembly builds.
Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping with Epicor (Prophet 21) and basic office supply inventory control.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
Assist with administrative projects including document preparation, report generation, and record keeping; Maintain organized files both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Expected Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry
Experience with Epicor or bookkeeping is advantageous

PAY: Salaried Position $50,000 annually
