I have a ice shanty 9ft long by 8 ft wide by 8 feet tall
Has 2 new tires and plywood wall for extra insulation with a fresh coat of paint
Has a tv and a 30,000 btu reddy heater
I installed electrical in the inside so you could run it off a generator has two outlets and a inside light
Does have trailer lights
Shanty has two holes for ice fishing and it does open up for sturgeon fishing as well

Iam open to trades I would be willing to trade for a Utv or golf cart
