Netgear WiFi Range Extender EX3700
2.4 and 5GHz
and has a 10/100 ethernet port to use wired if you want.
Can use as a wifi extender or as an access point.
Netgear says it can connect up to 20 devices.
Small and works well with surprisingly good range.
I used it both wired and wirelessly, tested it for hours when out in the yard mowing the lawn and things. I got it to play with for a bit but don't need it.
Some thoughts:
Can do 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but it maxes about 100 Mbps if using the 10/100 wired port. Using it wirelessly, the 5GHz can do faster than that, (assuming the internet it's repeating is faster than that, of course).
Good on power consumption. Uses 2.7 watts idle and about 4 watts under load. A typical router is around 8 to 15 watts.
Use it for a week, if you don't like it bring it back.
