Foam looks good.
No keys. Someone previously must have locked themselves out and so then pried the pins out of the hinges to get it open since there's some screwdriver-looking marks back there.
The latches have some wear, nothing exciting, but they look really worn and weird in the pictures due to reflecting the square-tiles ceiling in the room.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
