Living space available in lower level of ranch home -- a home-away-from-home! Monthly or weekly rental. Popular with traveling health-care workers, interns, contractors, transferring professionals, etc. This is for 1 person only. For short stays, an add'l person will be considered for added fee.
This is in a quiet, well-kept home and convenient, central location between Neenah and Appleton. Pet and child-free home; quiet neighborhood; professional and fit/active owner. Just 2-8 minutes from Appleton Airport, I41, Fox River Mall, grocery stores, theaters, restaurants, Hwy 441/10, etc. Easy access to local hospitals and any location in the Fox Cities in 20 min. or less. Oshkosh and Green Bay are a reasonable driving distance also.
Comfortable bed, linens, YoutubeTV, high-speed internet, apartment fridge (new, slightly larger than in the photo), microwave, toaster oven, pizza oven, single burners for basic cooking, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, etc. Includes use of laundry, upstairs kitchen if needed (most renters do not need); off-street parking, etc.
For responsible and non-smoking renters only. No heavy drinkers please. May consider a small, non-shedding, well-trained dog with add'l security deposit. No cats due to allergy.
$100 security deposit for rental of 1 week or less. Refundable upon check-out if no damages or problems. For monthly rentals, $500 hold and security deposit.
$425 for weekly rental plus reasonable cleaning fee (taken out of security deposit)
$625 for 1/2 month when part of 1 month+ stay
$1050 monthly rate, includes all utilities (water, electric, heat, TV, wifi, parking, etc.)
