In good used condition

Has 3 stories and 6 rooms. Made of real wood. 2.85+ft Tall and 3+ ft Wide. Everything works. The chimney will make it snow if you get styrofoam pellets to put in it. Fireplace lights up and glows. The stairs can be used as stairs or flip over and it's a slide. The upstairs window opens and flips down becoming a sun deck.
No furniture or dolls included.
One spot at the top peak that is missing the finish. It is very sturdy!

Sold new for $239

Was used with the L.O.L. dolls of all sizes, Barbie, Little Critter animals and more. A lot of fun left in this well made and cute doll house.
