We are looking for a reliable, experienced individual to join our team. This role will primarily support paving operations, including ground preparation and dump truck driving, while also assisting with asphalt maintenance work when paving is not scheduled.
Responsibilities:
Prepare job sites for paving (grading, base prep, etc.)
Operate dump truck to haul materials
Assist paving crew during installs (driveways, parking lots, etc.)
Perform asphalt maintenance (sealcoating, patching, repairs) during non-paving days
Requirements:
Experience in paving and/or asphalt work preferred
Valid driverβs license (CDL preferred ) & clean driving record.
Ability to operate equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
