Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist with PEMB erection on commercial job sites
- Install and work with structural components
- Support build progress with general carpentry tasks
- Work outdoors on an active, fast‑moving construction site
- Travel between multiple Wisconsin project locations as needed
What You Bring:
- Proven PEMB erection experience
- Solid carpentry background
- Willingness and ability to travel to Appleton, Madison, and Green Bay for upcoming projects
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in commercial construction environments
Job Logistics:
- Start Date: February 2, 2026
- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (give or take)
- Hours: 40+ per week
- Pay Rate: $28–$34/hour
- Tools/PPE: Standard PPE + basic hand tools
Physical Requirements:
