Countryside Auto Transport is looking for dependable CDL-A OTR drivers for car hauling positions. We’ve been in business for 35+ years with low driver turnover, and we’re focused on long-term drivers who want a stable, consistent career.
Drivers based in Wisconsin or near our Menasha, WI terminal can get started with no car hauling experience—we will train you.
Experienced car haulers outside the area are also encouraged to apply if located along our routes.

💰 PAY
• $85,000–$115,000+ average annual income
• Top earners: $125,000
• W2, CPM pay, paid bi-weekly
Earnings include:
• CPM base pay
• +$0.10/mile for East Coast
• +$20–$30 per car hauled
• +$0.08/mile per diem
• Paid for ALL miles driven (hub miles, not zip-to-zip)

🚛 POSITION DETAILS
• Out 5–10 days, home 2–3 days
• Option to stay out longer for extended home time
• All loads run out of Menasha, WI terminal
• Lanes: CA, AZ, MN, OH, MI, PA, NJ, VA, AL, GA, FL
• No NYC or Northwest routes
• Paid training (5–7 days)
• No pet policy

✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer (53’) experience
• Clean driving record
• No car hauling experience required (WI-based drivers)

• 2023–2026 Volvo VAH, 9-car Cottrell quick loaders
• Automatic trucks
• Assigned trucks (washed after every trip)
• Inverters, fridge, printer, SERTA mattress
• Forward-facing dash cam only
