Responsibilities
-Remove and install residential windows according to manufacturer specifications
-Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and finishing
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
-Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
-Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
-Proven experience installing residential windows
-Must carry general liability insurance and workers comp (if applicable)
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Own tools and equipment required for window installation
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
