We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to service apartments, storage units, and commercial buildings in the Oshkosh and Menasha area. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. They will also need to have strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Full-time, 40-hour work week
- On call rotation required
- Overtime available as needed
Pay and Benefits:
- $22-$32 per hour based on experience and skill level

Responsibilities include:
- General maintenance and repairs for apartments, storage units, and commercial properties
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Basic electrical and plumbing work
- Apartment unit turnovers and remodeling
-Cabinet installation, repair, and general carpentry work
- Appliance installation, maintenance, and repair
- Basic heating system and boiler maintenance repairs
- Seasonal lawn care and snow removal
- Trouble shooting maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and safe work place
Qualifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- Additional schooling, certifications, or trade education is encouraged
