We’re hiring a dependable, hard-working Restoration Technician to help with water, fire, mold, and sewage cleanup jobs.
This is hands-on work. Not a desk job. You will get dirty. You will work hard. You will learn a trade.

What You’ll Be Doing
Water extraction & structural drying
Demo (drywall, insulation, flooring, etc.)
Mold remediation
Fire & smoke cleanup
Sewage cleanup (with proper PPE)
Taking moisture readings
Loading/unloading equipment
Talking with customers on-site
Using mobile apps to document jobs (photos & notes)
Some days are easy. Some aren’t. That’s restoration.

What We’re Looking For
Reliable — show up when scheduled
Valid driver’s license (clean record)
Can lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, hot/cold conditions
Can follow instructions
Good attitude with customers
Has a smartphone for job apps
Must pass a drug test (includes marijuana)
Experience in restoration or construction is a plus — but we will train the right person.
IICRC certs are great if you have them. Not required.

On-Call Rotation
This is emergency service work.
You will rotate being on call for nights/weekends.
