We run steady flatbed freight, keep you loaded, and pay up to $3,700 on your best weeks.
No chasing dispatch for a load, no free miles, no getting buried for taking home time you earned.
You handle the driving, we handle the freight and keep the weekly checks heavy.
PAY + BONUSES: š°
ā¶ Solo: up to 75 CPM
ā¶ Team: up to 85 CPM
ā¶ Guaranteed miles: 3,500 to 4,200 per week
ā¶ All miles paid: loaded and empty (no unpaid miles)
ā¶ Tarp pay: $75 per load
ā¶ Extra pick/drop: $200 each
ā¶ Detention: $15/hr after 3 hours
ā¶ Layover: $100/day after 6 hours
ā¶ Inspection bonus
ā¶ Referral bonus: $1,500
REQUIREMENTS: š
ā¶ Valid CDL-A
ā¶ Minimum 1 year OTR and 6+ MONTHS FLATBED EXPERIENCE
ā¶ Confident with securement including chains, straps and tarps
ā¶ Clean MVR with no major violations or recent accidents
ā¶ Must pass a drug test
ā¶ No recent DUI or serious criminal charges
ā¶ Must be willing to stay out 3 to 4 weeks OTR followed by home time
ā SAP drivers accepted. Step 6 required. One prior violation considered. ā

ā¶ 2023 to 2026 Peterbilt, Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner, and Mack
ā¶ Inverter, microwave, refrigerator, and more
ā¶ Lease-purchase option available after 3 months for qualified company drivers
