Diesel & Trailer Mechanics

Join a family-owned transportation team as a Diesel or Trailer Mechanic earning $21/hr to $35/hr based on experience, with every weekend off and a 4-day workweek.

Diesel Mechanic 

We are searching for 2nd and 3rd Shift Diesel Mechanics. You will work 4x 10-hour shifts per week, either Sunday through Wednesday or Monday through Thursday, with every weekend off and a 4-day weekend twice a month.

• Competitive wages starting between $22/hr and $35/hr based on experience.

• Hold a valid Class A CDL or be willing to obtain one after hire

Trailer Mechanic 

We are also searching for 2nd and 3rd Shift Trailer Mechanics. You will handle preventative maintenance and general repairs on our fleet of nearly 400 company-owned trailers, including brake jobs, welding, fabricating, electrical work, tires, body work, preventative maintenance, and DOT inspections.

• Competitive wages starting between $21/hr and $26/hr based on experience.

• 2nd Shift: 4 days/week, 3pm to 1am

• 3rd Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7am

Mechanic Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Previous work experience or a secondary education in trailer repair is ideal

• We are willing to train the right individual with general mechanical aptitude and a passion for a challenging, rewarding career
