We primarily hire drivers who live within commuting distance of our Menasha, WI terminal, as all trips originate from and return to this location and trucks are kept at the yard during home time. Candidates based in Wisconsin or within commuting distance of our Menasha, WI terminal do not need prior car hauling experience — we are committed to training and helping the right qualified and motivated drivers succeed in this specialized field.

PAY
• $85,000–$115,000+ average annual income
• Top earners: $125,000 per year
• W2 position
• CPM pay
• Paid bi-weekly
Total earnings are based on:
• Base CPM pay
• +$0.10 per mile for East Coast miles
• +$20.00–$30.00 per car hauled
• +$0.08 per mile per diem (tax-advantaged)
OTR DETAILS & LANES
• Typically out 5–10 days, home 2–3 days
• Option to stay out 4+ weeks for extended home time
• All trips originate from and return to Menasha, WI terminal
• Lanes: Southern CA, AZ, MN, OH, MI, PA, NJ, VA, AL, GA, FL
• No Northwest or New York City routes
• Paid training (typically 5–7 days)
• Trucks stay in Menasha, WI during home time
• No pet policy
CDL-A DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
• No car hauling experience required — we train the right candidates
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience with 53’ tractor-trailer (regional or OTR)
• No major moving violations
EQUIPMENT
• 2023–2026 Volvo VAH 9-car Cottrell 80’ quick loader stingers (all automatic)
• Assigned truck, washed after every trip
• Equipped with inverters, refrigerators, printers, and SERTA mattresses
• Road-facing dash cam only
• Company tablet with KeepTruckin/Motive ELD
