It apparently doesn't have a model name other than 2960623.

For PC. USB.
I used it on both Windows and Linux.

Has the mini thumb joystick on top.
Throttle (or for whatever) lever on the base.
The stick doesn't twist.

$15 firm.

Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
