Comes with the box. No packing materials inside, and the box is ripped on the front.

Good tension. Snaps back to the middle easily, etc.
Not intended for Windows but can work with Windows 10.
This is intended for Xbox Series X/S and One. I don't have xbox and only used it with Windows 10.
If you're reading this, you probably know some wheels work better with some games than others. I don't know how it works with random game xyz.
It's not intended for Windows other than apparently Forza games, but there's a free program that makes Windows see it as an xbox controller. I made the test video with hardwaretester dot com. I can use it on Windows 10 fine but Windows 11 is less compatible so don't expect it to work with 11.
