Functions, all the buttons work and all that, but the wheel has a couple inches of loose play in the middle. So you have to move the wheel an inch or so left or right before you feel tension and the game detects the movement. It's not awful, but of course it's not good either since it's not supposed to do that.
There are youtube videos about how to tighten up the internal bungee cord bands or replace them. If you're considering doing that, you probably know that already.

I only used it with Windows 10 and 11. I assume it works well with PS3 and PS4 since it has a switch on it that can switch between PS3 and PS4.
I don't know how compatible it is with random game xyz. I pretty much just used it with Dirt3.
