I only used it with Windows 10.
For parts or fixer-upper. 3/4 of it works.
The accelerator pedal has 1/4 of the tension it should, and it doesn't register with games at all. I just mapped the brake pedal to be the accelerator pedal. You could map the accelerator and/or brake pedals to buttons instead.
The wheel works, the force feedback works, it steers fine, but the wheel has front/back wobble. And it makes a hum noise I don't think it's supposed to.
$40 firm.
Can deliver to Neenah or so depending on the day.
Here's a one-minute video of me playing a game with it. The wheel can do 900 degrees, but I had it set to 270. It steers fine, I just couldn't see or steer well one-handed and holding the camera in front of my face. I purposely drove into the wall to show the feedback works.
