Folding treadmill sturdy with arms (Oshkosh)

Desperately need a folding but sturdy treadmill with incline and arms for my son with disabilities he has severe scoliosis and lower lumbar problems along with other disabilities. I’m on a fixed income can’t be too heavy because I can’t lift anything after suffering several strokes and we have to move. But when he does steady consistent workouts it helps dramatically. Need free or cheap
