These are old, stiff, and flattened from being stored too long. They are in a smoke free pet free children free home and kept in a cool dry dark location. They would need heat to revitalize the rubber and I have given some the hot water and or medium heat clothes dryer treatment with mixed results. If they inflate, they will be weaker than brand new. Twelve bags: nine bags green, three bags yellow. If you have a better idea on how to give them new life, good for you and come and get them. They will be kept indoors until claimed.
