I am planning to have a large Ash tree cut down. To save tipping fees ( payment to drop off refuse at a designated site) I am searching for someone near me who would accept the logs. I am not a logger but guesstimate I am talking wood that varies from 40” to 8” diameter. Perhaps about 5-6 full cords. A person who might be interested would have to look at the project and decide for themself. It would be delivered but a written agreement would have to be made before felling the tree. I live in Darboy (east Appleton) and it would have to be close to here.
